How can i grow taller?
I’m 15 years old, and I’m 5’9.5. I play basketball, and I need to get taller if I want to go far. I had my big growth spurt about 2 years ago, but I don’t know if I’m completely done (my mom is 5’3 and my dad is 5’9 if anyone wants to tell me if I am). Anyone know any ways i can naturally grow taller?

you may not be done growing yet, but there is not away to make yourself grow any taller. It’s genetic. I’m 5’3” and there is nothing I can do about it.

zinc is a growth vitamin…but too much can cause worse side effects….Take a multi vitamin eat healthy. Boys don’t stop growing till their 25 !!!
You can’t naturally grow taller. It is genetic and you can’t change it. Actually there are surgeries but they will put you out of commission for a while and $$$$$. You may not be done growing but it will be slower from now on.
nope sorry.. height is naturally determined at conception by your genes. If your done growing naturally that’s as tall as your ever going to get… it’s all shorter from here my friend.
eat very healthy foods. like veggies/fruits/meats and shit , take multi-vitamins , and exersize alot ! =]

idk u cant grow taller that what u are and besides ur taller then me im 5’3 its just depends on what ur doc says
I am 6’2 and both my parents are short, I didnt do anything to make myself taller, the whole coffee thing is a lie I. Your only 15! Most guys keep growing until they are 21, my brother was was only 5’6 when he was 15 and now he is 6’4, if that helps.
You unfortunately are probably at your adult height, due to the height of your parents.
However….
You could try drinking more milk. Avoid caffeine. Try hanging upside down. My parents have a machine that lets a person hang upside down and it is supposed to help Aline your spine. Try Yoga and Piloties. I have read before that a person can gain back an inch or two by practicing one of the two everyday. Most importantly stand up straight and do not slouch….EVER.
