how can i grow taller and faster if iam 15 year old boy?
i want to be taller fast and iam 183cm and i want to be if iam 18 200cm tall and please give me exercise or anything to be taller and which food to eat that have anything to be taller like calcium and amino acid or else …
please help me with this ?! iam 15 year old i born in 1994 may !

There are numbers of reasons why a person is not tall, and most of them do not
have any effective treatment.
Probably the commonest cause is genetic, that is to say that one or
both your parents are below average height, or that short stature runs
in your family. There is really nothing that can be done about this.
The other cause that most people know about is a deficiency of growth
hormone, which is produced by the pituitary gland situated at the base
of the brain. If a deficiency of this hormone is discovered early
enough in life, it is sometimes possible to give treatment with
injections of growth hormone to increase height. However, by the time
you get to 17 years of age, your bones may not respond to the effect
of the hormone. The only way to find out if you have this condition is
to discuss it with your doctor. Blood tests an X-rays to see how your
bones are growing can usually make the diagnosis, but for treatment
you would need referral to a specialist. These investigations should
also show if there is any other cause for your short stature.
But you should not think that it will definitely help you. Medical
science can not make you the way you want to be – and it is true not
only for height – so it’s better to accept yourself as you are. Tall
people are not necessary happier than short people – look at the
tallest man in Ukraine, who was stripped of his title, lives alone
with his mother, and has constant legs pain!
The exercises they advertise on-line may increase your height
temporarily for 0,5 – 1 cm, it’s hardly noticeable and does not worth
the trouble: your height varies during the day on its own.
Very occasionally, surgeons will try an operation to lengthen the
bones in the legs. This is very difficult, and takes many months or
even years, and a series of operations. It is a dreadful operation,
and I mentioned it only because you may have heard of it. Never
consider mutilating yourself for a miserable increase in height, and
be happy as you are.
There is nothing you can do to speed up your growth in height. You are just going to have to be patient. Sorry.
200cm is very tall. You do not want to become overly tall or you might become uncoordinated. 183cm is quite tall for your age and you probably still have a lot of growing ahead of you. Just eat lots of protein and carbs, but make sure you exercise so you don’t build any fat.
Just let nature take its course, you cant really change what’s in your genes.

Good intake of calcium daily as found in various foodstuffs like tonned milk, banana, ragi, nachni, yogurt, my favourite nachos with cheese..
a best way i cud advice is to have milk shakes(chocolate, coffee flavoure) 2-3 times a day as an replacement for tea, coffee is a good alternative…
Good sleep aftr exercises helps ur bones to relax and expand.. Atlest 8hrs good sleep at night…
Remember food without exercises or exercises without food wont help you much.
Also there are genetics n familial relationships related to height.. i.e if either ur parents are short heighted or either ur brother , sister.. than there are little chances for increase in height…BUT keep a positive attitude follow the daily regimen of food n exercises.If you goin to gym regularly, i wud advice not to perform any weight lifting exercises… stritctly NO..

The answer to your question could fill a book, and actually it has! There are ebooks/programs online that tell you exactly how to make yourself taller. It tells you everything from vitamins, diet, exercise, and stretches. The good ones tell you everything you need to know (watch out though, there is a lot of garbage out there). Maybe you should look into one of these programs if you are serious about gaining some height.
To give you a taste though, here are some typical stretches that you would find in one of these programs. Try them out and see if you think you could stick with it for a few months. Here they are:
* The Leg Stretch- Sit down on the floor with your legs spread as far apart as is comfortable. With one hand, reach for your toes on the same side of your body. Now with your other hand, reach for your other foot. If you can’t reach your feet comfortably, do as far down your leg as possible. The most important thing is to keep your spine straight and pivot from the hips, without arching your spine.
* The Bow Down- This one is exactly how it sounds. Stand upright with your hands on your hips. Keep them here throughout the exercise. Leading with your head, bend forward as far as possible. Keep your chin off of your chest and try not to bend your knees.
* The Yawn- Another simple but effective stretch. Think of your stretch when you get out of bed in the morning. Stand with your hands held together behind your neck, then look upward and back as far as possible.
