How can i grow taller dramatically?
I hate being so short. I want to grow taller, quickly but naturally, I want to have long sexy legs, not short stubby ones. I want to be the taller one!! Any tips?

Relax from head to toe. Close your eyes and relax every part of your body.
Maintain a habit of sleeping at the same time everyday, including weekends.
Sleep on your back with a flat pillow under your knees. This will align your spine properly and prevent any back aches caused by sleeping in a bent position.
Undoubtedly, the quality, quantity, and type of food we eat affect our height, growth, and health. We cannot emphasize enough how important your food intake is in determining how much growth you can possibly obtain. The types of food you eat will either improve or decrease your growth potential.

Why do you think you have control over your growth and height? Your height is genetically determined and you can only hope to reach your height potential with good nutrition, exercise, and rest. Be happy with who you are, be the best you can be, and blame your parents and ancestors for any vertical challenge you experience.
Wear high heels, you can’t make yourself grow, that’s a process your body goes through, if you grow, then good, if you don’t then you don’t. There are alot of short people out there, my brother, mother and sister are short and I’m tall but I hate it. Everyone tells me It’s great and I can be a model because I have long legs, but I hate it when people call me giant and that I’m taller then some boys.
You can’t make yourself grow. Sorry. But if you want the illusion of longer legs, wear pointy toed shoes and dark wash pants… usually trouser leg pants work well for that.
Also, you will look better (obviously) if you are in better shape. It’s harder for shorter people to look sexy when they have a bit of extra weight. I have no idea what kind of shape you are in, but if you feel "stubby," it might help to go to the gym a few times a week and tone up your body, giving you a sexier figure.
Although these tips won’t make you grow, they will help you look taller and feel better about the way you look.
