How can I grow taller in a week?
how can i grow taller faster because i’ve been 5ft2 for the past year and i want to know how to grow at least 6inches faster can you pleas pleas help me everyone make fun of my height
ok so i put a week the way some of you guys answered sounded like ur yelling at me like get heels moron i am a 13 year old boy for god sake no mean answers on the questions i put just asking them for advice why cant we all be nice in the world God

Drinking milk and having a balanced diet is a start. This won’t make you taller in a week, as I doubt that most things will.
However you can do some jump-ropes. It stretches out your legs (such as basketball since u constantly jump), so it does help increase your height. You have to do it regularly though.
