hey ppl…my name is rohit and i’ll turn 17 dis march….my current height is abt 5’7(almost)…and my mom is 5’7 and dad is 5’11….and i want to grow taller…but how and wid what type of exersices…becuz on google the guides anc other websites are too complicated and expensive….i want to grow another 6 inches tall….but how!? is d question…so plz plz plz help me out!…

Well,i’m really tall for my age(I’m 15 and 170cm) and im tall because my parents are.But another way to get tall is jump around a lot and eat proteins food.I have also done Ballet and Jazz for 10 years.
Well, I’m sorry to tell you, but your height is pretty much genetically predetermined. There is anecdotal evidence that hormones from meat can cause children to grow larger, but I don’t think this actually has any studies supporting it, and besides you’re too old for that kind of thing to make a difference anyway.
So sorry, but the only natural thing you can do is be satisfied with your height. It’s possible you still might grow a couple of inches, but I doubt 6. Guys tend to grow more after 17 than girls do, fyi. Besides, 5’7 is a perfectly reasonable height…that’s how tall I am too! Not too tall and not too short.

Everyone has a genetically predetermined height/size range and once you reach the age where your sketital system stops growing it is useless to try to get your bone structure to grow more. since you are 17 you might have a chance at growing a couple more inches, try taking protein shakes or just straight up eating more meats and working out, stretch and stuff. You probably won’t stop growing till you are 21 or so.
