Good sleeping
Getting a full night’s sleep every night is one of the things that you must do if you want to grow taller.
Get at least 7 hours of sleep each night and take whatever steps you need to ensure that your sleep is uninterrupted as much as you can.
You should also know that the first 2 hours of sleep are when the most growth hormone is released into your system from your pituitary gland. Sleeping just a few hours can lower the amount of growth hormone your body produces, which is not what you want.
Eating the right foods
It’s very important to eat foods that are rich in proteins.

milk, fish, eggs, and lean meat are all forms of good protein.

well…growing is a natural process. you can’t MAKE yourself grow in any way. obviously you could get metal sticks surgically placed in your legs, but that wouldn’t be natural? so this question is rhetorical.
your height is predetermined when your born. it’s in your DNA, and it’s genetic. you can’t change it NATURALLY. you’re gonna have to wait until puberty finishes up with you and puts you up to the height you’re meant to grow to. you usually stop growing significantly maybe around 14, 15, 16. but really you keep growing really really teeny amounts after that too until you’re like 25.
you could dress yourself in certain ways that make you appear taller, by wearing certain types of jeans and certain colors. you can simply google "ways to dress yourself to look taller." you’ll learn loads of tricks that make other people see you as a taller person even if you’re not.
but other than that…you’re basically gonna have to wait.
well if you are past the age for growing (25 for males, 18 for females), then try yoga. That can help stretch your body and elongate your spine to a point where you appear 1/2 to an inch taller. You can also get your legs broken at your epiphyseal lines (closed growth plates) and be in braces for a few months, and you can grow several inches that way. I dont recommend that though. If you are still young, like a teenager, just continue to eat right, or take growth hormone. But if your parents are both short, then assume that if you are a female, you will be somewhere in the middle of your parents’ heights and taller than both parents if you’re a male.
Haha, well, there’s no easy way to get taller. It’s really determined by genetics: if your parents or relatives aren’t tall, yada yada. But if you want to try, I’d suggest making sure you get a lot of calcium: milk, yogurt, cheese, etc. Supplements are also available if you want to take that route. Eat healthy; it’ll make sure your bones stay healthy and your body functions and grows normally. From your page, though, you’re only 15? I wouldn’t worry now; you’re still quite young. I have the exact same problem. There’s lots of things to consider.
Have lots of milk. Calcium and vitamin d is important. And a lot of protein. Eat right and exercise. I know that’s what everyone says but it’s true.
(This isn’t natural but it might help)
Go to the doctor and ask them if you are growth- hormone deficient. They’ll make you take tests and check hormone levels and stuff. And then if you fail the test you’ll be put on growth hormone for a certain amount of time. That’s what I did and I grew 4 inches. I’m still real short tho.
