hey man don’t worry u got a lot of time, just run a little more and do strechtes, drink milk about 3 times a day as well, but u still got plenty of time, 5-4 at 14 is normal, i was 5-2 at 14 and now i am 15 at 5-6.

You’re only 14 and you are already 5’4"…what’s the problem? It’s up to genetics to decide how tall you will be. The only thing you can do is eat healthy food to make sure your body is getting proper nutrition. You still have many years of growing ahead of you, so don’t sweat it.

I heard that if you drink 2 glasses of milk everyday it might make you taller but it may jsut be a rumor.
