How can I grow taller naturally for life and basketball?
i’m a 12 year old boy only 5 feet tall dad= 5 ft 6 in mom=5 ft 2 in how can i grow taller i need to know every possible safe and natural way to grow taller and not just my posture because i haven’t hit puberty yet but it’s close so some fast ways to actually GROW taller

most of the time it is genetics. But, u can eat very healthly foods and drink tons of milk. Also DO NOT lift weights standing up. If u are going to then u shud do i bech press style. Also exercise and try not to sit down for that long
Its already wired into your DNA, its not something you can modify. You can help make sure you reach your maximum with a good balanced diet, but at the end of the day what will be will be.
Idk i’m the same age but i’m 5’9 dad 5’7 mom 5’1. Barely hit puberty but i’ve been this tall for a long time. My suggestion is to drink lots of milk (thats what helped me) and jump vertically a lot
