See, i’m 16 about to be 17 this coming up september. and i’m only 5’4 or 5’5. And i look so stupid and it really feel lame… plus my gf can’t wear high heels other wise she would be taller then me… Any is there anyone that can give me hope, advice, etc? (btw, my dad is 5’7 or 5’6 and my mom is 5’3)

Guys usually completely stop growing at around 18. You may have another inch left in ya. Ask your dad when he stopped growing. That could give you an estimate on when you’ll stop.

well some of your height is based on genetics and some of it is based on environment and nutrition. I can see why you are about 5’4/5’5 but think positive cause if it wasn’t for your dad being tall you would probably be like 5 ft. so think positive. So guys start and stop growing from like 12-19 so you could still have an inch left. Remember environment and nutrition are the other parts of your height. So you got to eat healthy stop using a pillow, for your spine to be in a correct position, and live better then you would normally would. sugar and sweets stop your human growth hormones from you know making you grow. so don’t eat junk food all the time. If you eat a lot of it eat like 2 small candies a day and after like 3 weeks take it down to 1 candy and then you know stop eating after like 2 months.
Well at 6 foot 3 and only 14 in the 8th gd, and still growing , I was always the tallest kid who didn’t really notice that until other ppl started pointing it out in middle school.
