How can I grow taller? Please I will do anything to grow taller but not a surgery!! Please Help Me :(?
I'm 19 and I will turn 20 in September.. What should I do? Do I still have the chance to grow taller? Please tell me if you know and don't say anything if you don't know.. Did any of you tried these height supplements which are on the net? I want to know if they really work or not.. Please be honest and tell me what you know.. Thanks a lot.

when you reach that age your neck like gets bendy .. like u get a little hunch backed. i dont think you'll be able to grow anymore , your puberty time is gone.

Studies have shown that Boys dont stop growing unitl the age of 25 so you have a good chance! GOOD LUCK!

there are hormones for this but go to your GP fist because if there not right for u they can really mess u up and ask him/her her personal opinion on weather you should take them or not
good luck and also you don't stop growing until your 22 my cuz is just turned 21 and he grew about 3 inches this year just out of the blue.

You are done growing. Now there is still a very small chance of some growth cuz some guys have been known to grow up into their 20s. But it's not likely cuz most growth is done by 18yo.
Supplements don't make you grow more. Supplements can make sure you attain the full amount of growth available to your genetic makeup tho. But you must use the supplements (or even better the proper diet) while you are growing…not afterwards.
So, chances are, you are done growing. Don't count on the very slim chance of further growth. If it happens, then it's a nice bonus tho.
