Your height is genetically determined. You cannot do anything to make yourself grow any taller than your genes say you will.

Severe cases of malnutrition can cause you to not reach your full heigh potential. Even with bullimia, that's unlikely to happen. You certainly should eat properly and get proper, complete nutrition. But no, calcium won't make you grown taller and neither will any other particular nutrient. You just have to stay healthy so you'll reach your normal height. That's all you can do.

You can have operations to extend your bones. It is very painful. What happens is that your legs are broken and there is a small gap between the pieces. The break will heal and the bone will be slightly longer. During the healing process the bones are held in place with uncomfortable leg braces and the healing process takes about six months. The taller you want to be, the more operations you must have. In the end your legs will be out of proportion to your torso, which will have an unnaturally short appearance. If you are 5'1" I wouldn't worry about it. It is said that nice things come in small parcels !

It really depends on the person. You should ask your doctor this question. If I were you, I would just eat plenty of healthy food and see what happens...it can't hurt, and its probably the only thing you can do at this point. Also, as long as you are eating relatively well, there are no over-the-counter pills that will make you grow taller.

Are you still bulimic? Not getting the proper nutrition has probably stunted your growth. By the age of 15, you are not likely to grow much more, if at all. In case you do have some growth left in you, simply try eating well. Lots of veggies, fruit, whole grains. Take some vitamins as well. Other than that, there's not much more you can do. Good luck, and please see a doctor if you are still suffering from an eating disorder.
