How can i grow taller while dieting?
my height is about 1.52 and im 14 years old , but my class says that i should stop dieting because i wont have the enough amount of food to grow taller, but is there a way to grow taller while dieting ? , should i take some sort of vitamins , or just drink milk and other stuff , but remember i only eat 750 cal a day

as when you get older, you need even less calories!
Plus you 14 year old metabolism can handle 2000+ calories a day.
But i can’t stop you. so i’ll just give you some advice instead as i was like you once and no one could stop me either! ahha.
Take a multi-vitamin a day as taking lots of different vitamins can actually leave you paralyzed.
Drink lots of water. not too much at a time or you’ll destroy your kidneys.
Your right with the milk thing, protein will also help make you taller.
Have things like a slice of cheese, a yoghurt (muller light yoghurts are yummy and has muchmuchmuch less calories and fat than other yoghurts)
Eat your fruit and veggies!
And try to squeeze in some nuts as they actually help get rid of fat.
But not too much as they are actually very fattening.
Which is very odd ahha.
You’re not gonna listen now but when you grow older you may eventually realize that:
eating 1200+ calories is the only way your metabolism is gonna work enough to burn fat,
short exercises works better than long ones,
eating 1200+ calories with short exercise will stop cravings and binges,
being a model is a short lived job and all of their work gets thrown in the trash,
you were erupting a huge volcano deep down inside your mum with all the worry of not eating

It’s dangerous to eat that little. You wont lose anything…. your body will go into starvation mode.
Hm well you still have time to grow, but dieting could stunt your growth possibly. Your height depends upon family genetics as well as other health and environmental factors. I would just try to get in a decent amount of exercise, eat right (meaning healthy), and getting as much sleep as possible meaning 9 to 10 hours. Stay away from coffee and staying up to late, skipping breakfast or any meals in general (Your body will cling to fat if you don’t eat enough basically).
