I am a 13 year old boy. My dad is 5′11" and my grandpop is 6′0". I drink no soda since I was 10. My mom went to a nutritionist and we are eating whole grains along with all that other good stuff. I just love the new food. Right now I am 5′1" and want to be 6′1" becoming and NHL hockey player. I don’t want to grow talller using growth stimulant drugs or doing surgery. What are the best everyday habits or anything that could help me grow?
