Good intake of calcium daily as found in various foodstuffs like tonned milk, banana, ragi, nachni, yogurt, my favourite nachos with cheese..

It all depends on your genes young gun. If your parents and grandparents were tall, you’ll be headed down that same route. However it really doesn’t matter about your height. As long as you put in the hard work, you’ll be fine . Hope this helps!
im 12 and im 5’6 ft last year i was 5ft i drinked a lot of milk and im getting taller this is how i get tall and it works on me

They say that foot size is linked to height. If you have big feet then, chances are you will grow taller eventually. But the best thing you can do is make sure you have proper nutrition. I’m talking about making sure you get your daily servings of vitamins and minerals. Multivitamins is one way too go, but make sure you actually get some real fruits and veggies (not canned).
