How can i increase my height up to 3 inches?
I m a 17 yr old girl. My height is 5’4 bt i want to increase it up to 3 inches so as it should be 5’6 to 5’7. I tried stretching exercises. I want to grow taller as fast as possible. Can you plz sugget me some remedy or exercises…or any kind of real solution…so as to increase my height upto 3 inches.

Sorry, this is not what you want to hear, but your height is genetically predetermined and there is almost nothing that you can do about it. If you look at the height of your parents and grandparents, you should get some idea of your adult height. Having said that, the most influence you can have is to make sure that you eat a very nutritious diet so that your body will have all the nutrients that it needs to reach it’s full potential. It may be too late, sorry to break it to you. Here’s what I always tell people: I’m 6’3", my mother is 5’6" and my father is 5’10". When I was a freshman in high school I was only 5’6", but I wanted to be 6 foot like Allen Iverson. What I did was quite simple. I drank a hell of a lot of whole milk, non-stop throughout the day, as much as I could stomach. Coupled with the milk I always had correct posture when sitting. Most important of all, at least to me, was the way that I slept, completely stretched out, straight as I possibly could. Never curl up or sleep like Sid from Toy Story. Also, since I was into basketball and we all know Michael Jordan is one of the best, he said he always used positive visualization to achieve his goals. Therefore with that said, I would go to sleep with that 6 foot number in my mind every night. I reached the 6 foot mark between my sophomore and junior years and finally peaked at my height today just before I turned 18. Good luck and I hope it works for you.
