how can i make my breast grow naturally?

   Stop searching for bigger boobs *now* before you get yourself into an unrealistic obsession about breast enlargement.

   Your breasts are whatever size they are. That’s not too big, it’s not too small… it’s exactly right – for *you*… for now. They’ll grow over time – perhaps until you’re 23 or 24 years old.

   Just like every other part of your body, the shapes and sizes of your breasts throughout your life were decided the moment you were conceived – 9 months before you were born – so don’t waste your time, energy or money worrying over them or trying to make them different.

   There are only three ways you can get nature to do that job for you without surgery: grow to full adulthood, gain a lot of weight, or get pregnant.

   That’s *it*, and there’s nothing else on earth that will work. No pills, supplements, creams, foods, exercises… nothing – not even a boyfriend. (although gentle massage is very good for the skin and muscles there, just like everywhere else on your body)

   In case you’re wondering why I even bother saying all this… it’s because my GF turned 50 a couple of months ago, and she’s the same bra size (32A) that she’s been since she was 13. It doesn’t make her any less attractive and desirable, and having bigger ones wouldn’t make her any more so.

   wear padded bra to make ur breasts look fuller…..

   eat lots of fruits and veg these provide the body with all the things it needs to grow also drinking at least a glass of cows milk or soya milk. cheese is apparently good aswel. massaging is known to help also check out this site for more info:http://www.massageinfoguide.com/breast-massage-for-breast-enlargement.html

   Um, there’s a contradiction in your question there because if you were to "make" anything do anything then it’s not happening "naturally". Your breasts are growing naturally. If you mean you want to try a natural or herbal supplement then I really can’t recommend one because they’re not scientifically proven to be effective yet.

   Those breast "enhancement" exercises are really only meant for people who already have breasts and want them bigger. If you exercise the muscle that supports your breasts then they will be lifted up a bit and held a little higher on your body which makes them appear bigger as opposed to if they sagged down a bit.
   You didn’t mention if you’ve had children or not. Of course they’re bigger during pregnancy but that diminishes greatly once your pregnancy is through, however, they will be "stretched" a bit because of that and thus, hang a bit lower so, what’ll you’ll find is that your bra will be a little bit more "full" because the stretched tissue is now collected in the cup and isn’t as supported or ridged as it once was so they will appear to "fill" them more sufficiently….but ….other than that….there’s really only saline implants which certainly aren’t natural but they’re a far cry more naturally than silicone ones.
