How can you grow taller if your a vegetarian ?
My younger brother is 14 years old, about 5’0 feet and a vegetarian. What can he do to grow tall? This is really becoming a issue to him , is their any pills or exercises he can do to speed up the process?
thank you

No there are no pills or anything like that. Just make sure that he eats lots of protein and gets calcium in that body. Oh and not to mention he’s only 14, boys usually get their growth spurt when they turn 16.
Ha, there’s no pill you can take to make yourself get taller, and being a vegitarian has nothing to do with it. He’ll either get taller naturally over time, or he can break his legs and grow a 1/2 inch, but I don’t suggest that last one.
He will probably hit a growth spurt in the next couple years. Unless maybe both you and the father are 5’0.
He may shoot up, which is probable at 14. Being a vegetarian wont hurt him a bit. It will probably give him more minerals in his diet which are what is needed for bone growth. He has a long time to grow still.
there is no pills he take to be taller . but i think he must do some sport drilling ..like gymnastics its will help him.
I always sort of thought that height was more a genetic issue than anything else…
l am a vegetarian too and been using super-growth height increaser herbal product. l grew 2 inches from using the product check it http://www.super-growth.com
