I stopped growing at 5’1 and 1/4, at 17 but that was me.
Here is a 10 step recipe for growing.
1. Eat a well balance diet.
2. Get plenty of exercise.
3. Get plenty of fresh air and sunshine every day. (this is where you get your
vitamin D naturally for growing strong bones) It take 36 hrs for your body to
process the vitamin-D through your skin so don’t wash you body down with soap, this kills the process. Just hit your pits with soap, rinse the rest of body with warm water and skip the lotions.
4. Drink plenty of water, 6 to 8 glasses a day.
5. Be asleep by 10pm and a wake by 7am.

8. Find a good stretch routine and practice good posture.

You can’t make yourself get taller, it’s genetics. However, you are most likely not done growing, at 16 I was about 5’3. Now at 23 I am 5’6.
If you have had your period already, then you are most likely done growing. If not, then you might still grow.
To become taller naturally. One of the best activity to start is to Exercise. It doesnt just increase your health but also it improves your posture.
If you want to be taller just set that goal. Don’t think bad thoughts that you will forever be short just set your head into believing you’ll grow, believe me it works. The mind has not limit when used properly. Don’t try those things that stretch you out, they just pop your joints, and don’t try steroids they won’t work. l’ m 24 and i am 6’0 , my father 5’7 and mum 5’4. l was the same height as my father 8 months ago and l was always told that l would not grow over 5’7 , the height can’t be controlled , height was determined by your genetic ,inheritance etc. i was really fed up with these narrow- minded people around me and l hit the road for a solution. l have researched books , doctors and internet high and low for increasing height, and tried many growth boosters. From my experience what worked on me :
1. Eat lots of Broccoli.
2. Eat at least 250gr yougurt every day.
3. Regular Swimming helps.
4. Sleep without pillows, and sleep at least 8 hrs daily.
