How do I grow taller?
I’m 5 feet tall and I wanna grow at least 7 more inches but I don’t exercise, so I was planning on starting to but what stuff do I have to do to grow taller?
No one makes fun of me but I’m not happy with my height so, any recommendations?

Your height depends on
*your genes…what you inherit from your parents. There is nothing you can do about this at this late stage
*good nutrition in your growing years, especially proteins and vitamins.
When people from "short" countries migrate to rich countries like USA or Australia, their children grow an average 3 inches taller than the parents. This is because the migrants came from areas where meat and vegetables were not available or too expensive to buy.
This effect was noticed with people from southern Europe after WorldWar11, and with Asians, who eat a diet very high in rice with little protein.
If you reached puberty only in the past 2 or 3 years, you will still grow a few inches without trying. The bones don’t finish totally fusing into their final size until you are 26, but you don’t gain height after about 17 or 18.
The younger you are, the more you can still influence the nutrition aspect: eat protein at every meal (meat, fish, soya beans, milk, cheese, eggs) and as many fresh fruit and vegetables as you can, as these provide vitamins. The milk products will provide you calcium for bone growth, the protein for muscle growth.
Swimming is a good all-round exercise. Or do Pilates style general exercises. These won’t make you taller, but stronger muscles develop stronger bones where they are attached.
There is no known exercise for becoming taller, but you can have a good body for the height you are.
Exercise will not make you taller. Your height is determined by genetics. If your mom and dad are tall then you should get taller. Exercising will help with your posture but will not add inches to your height.
