How do I grow taller? Does weight influences the way I grow?
I’m currently 18 years old, turning 19 next week. I am about 5’7 and weight 190. (I’m working on losing weight)
I really want to grow a little taller. What are certain methods in growing taller if possible and does being fat prevent people from growing taller?
