You can’t do anything to make yourself grow taller. Your body will grow as it grows; you can’t force it.
To all your questions:there is nothing you yourself can do:your genetics will decide how tall you will get.
There are no foods or exercises that will help with growing.
And drinking milk being good for your growth is the oldest wives tale from the book.
