How do I grow taller faster?
I’m 15, 5’2 and around 100 lbs. Or there any ways to grow taller faster?
My ideal height is 5’6 and yes I know I have a couple years left to grow but compared to my friends who are my age they’re at least 5’4. Looking at my genes (mother is 4’10 and father is 5’8) I don’t think I’ll grow very tall. My father says that we have people in our family that are 6’2 so … crossing my fingers.
Lately I’ve been drinking lots of milk (probably doesn’t help but it wont hurt).

believe it or not, you actually can. it won’t be easy though. last year I really wanted to become taller. my friend recommended a website and I decided to try it out. to my surprise the program actually worked. but like I said earlier it wasn’t easy. you have to follow the excise exactly as they are on the site, and do everything else it tells you too. eat healthy, drink plenty of water and milk, try not to eat past seven at night, have a correct sleep position, and have good posture.
when I first started the program, I cut corners and got no result. then I actually committed to it and grew half and inch in the first 3 weeks. then school started and I got to busy to do exercise everyday and I stopped growing.
my brother however did everything perfectly and grew an entire 2 inches!
