How do I grow taller naturally?
I’m 14 and Im only 5 feet 2 inches.
My dad is 5 feet 4 inches and my mom is 5 feet 2 inches, so no one in my family is really tall.
I drink A LOT of milk each day and I am very healthy and fit and I never eat junk food.
I exercise a lot and I eat pills that "supposedly" should be making me grow taller.
I know that I still have a few years to grow, but this is the peak of my growth period and Im barely growing :*(
are there any other ways to grow taller?

Relax from head to toe. Close your eyes and relax every part of your body.
Maintain a habit of sleeping at the same time everyday, including weekends.
Sleep on your back with a flat pillow under your knees. This will align your spine properly and prevent any back aches caused by sleeping in a bent position.

no unfortuantly there arent..mile doesnt make you taller..it makes stronger bones..and dont eat the pills..god only knows what your doing to your body.your a good height..im 16 and im 6-2 trust me its not all that great..but seriously stop taking the pills..they dont work..and you could be screwing up your body taking them
go to bed earlier and wake up earlier and you will grow eat lots of vegetables and fruits and meat and in no time you should grow

You just grow as your get older. There’s no way to make yourself grow faster. I know how you feel, I’m almost 18 and I’m only 5′2. But I enjoy being short
There are some exercises that help you improve your posture which makes you look a bit taller.
You should look some up.
You may just have to except your height! I would stop taking those pills because you are wasting your money! NOthing will make you grow taller except you genetics. Check out your grandparents height… maybe that will give you a out look on your height. You are only 14 so you also have a growth spurt coming as well

There isn’t really a way for you to grow naturally taller, all i can suggest is eat lots of good food, and at your age you should get about 10 hours sleep a night. You grow most while you are asleep, its not really something you should worry about. It also depends on what kind of milk you are drinking, whether it be whole, semi skimmed, or skimmed.
I drink skimmed because it still has the goodness of whole but there isn’t as much fat in it.

You got untill you’re 21.. my guess is you’ll reach 5 feet 6 inch at least.

There is still every chance you may gain more inches. You could still have up to 4 years of growth left to do, at least. It all depends on genes.
My brother turned out to be 6 feet tall and he must have been your height when he was your age. He turned out to be taller than my Dad, who was 5′7". So it must have come from a different gene than the one that worked my Dad’s height.
Apart from eating healthily, and doing things like drinking milk and such, there is nothing you can do to trick your genes into making you taller.
Some people have suggested traction, before. But there is little proof to suggest this works.
There’s nothing wrong with being whatever your height will be. The trick to height is to just be comfortable however you are. Trust that girls don’t really mind how tall you are, and my best friend gets tired of her boyfriend towering over her.
You may grow a little more as you are still growing. However the height you will grow to is determined by genes. You can stint it by eating badly, but you can’t make it even taller by eating well.
The only way you could do it is by painful expensive surgery, which I hope at your height, no Doctor would be willing to do.
I am assuming you are a bloke as I can’t think why a girl would be worried about the height thing. I’m a 5′1" female and it is not a problem, everyone is different. I hang around with short and tall people, males and females. In fact I know a lovely couple, she is really tall and he is short, and they are really happy together.
Please carry on eating well but try to get over the height thing being an issue. It may be hard at your age when everyone takes the mick all the time but reasonable adults don’t care how tall you are.

Growth hormones will make you grow taller, if that’s what you’re taking, but growth hormones are also dangerous. We all have a natural balance of hormones, and if you take more than you need, you have a chance of developing cancer.
If it’s pills from the Internet, do NOT buy them. They are scams.
I had a Bone Age test done, maybe you should too. It’s an X-Ray that tells you how old your bones are and how much you should continue to grow.
Guys generally have later growth spurts than girls. So you still can grow a couple more inches.

If your parents are that short, then that’s how you’ll be. It’s genetics. You can’t just manipulate genetics.
consider yourself lucky… I’m 5 foot nothing and havn’t grown AT ALL for like half a year… plus everyone in my family is tallish… 5′2" really isn’t that short… you probably aren’t going to grow much taller… unless you do gymnastics or dance really intensly because that delays growth sometimes… but there’s no way to make yourself grow… trust me I’ve TRIED

cycling. i can vouch for it! all the girls in my class who cycled to school, shot up! cycle and you will definetly end up 2 inches more than you would otherwise.

You will probably peak at 5′6 at the age of 18 when boys usually stop growing.

boys usually grow taller than their parents.my brother is like 6 feet and my dad’s like 5′7 so no worries.
