Im assuming you are a guy? since you are 13, you have a bunch of growing left to do. Men generally stop growing about 21 years old. Don’t worry too much about increasing your height now; but when you are maybe 15 or 16 exercising strengthens bones and can make them slightly longer. Exercising too much when you are young can actually stunt your growth so don’t try to be a bodybuilder. School sports are great for stengthening bones, which is critical at your age. Many people say swimming is also thought to increase your height because it is a low impact sport with alot of stretching (not sure it is entirely true though).
