How do I seriously grow taller?
I am so sick of being 163cm and looking at my perfect 5’9" model like friends chins and shoulders. I eat a lot of food, lots of protein, carbohydrate and calcium. I am a tad underweight, but thats how I am naturally, I haven’t grown in a year either. My father is tall but my mum is short. A lot of my cousins are really tall, were talking 6’5". My brother is 6’4". I hear that you have to be in a deep sleep at the time 11pm-2am at night bcuz thats when you grow, it’s a bit hard for me when I get into bed at 9pm and lay there for hours as I find it impossible to go to sleep. I usually doze off around midnight. I’ve been doing stretches for a year and increased my calcium and protein, but it’s not working. I don’t really want to take any of them hormones or anything, should I talk to my doctor?

If you are still growing then hopefully you will also get taller.
Depending on your age it could be impossible. You may have a growth spurt or already be maximum height
Your height is controlled entirely by genetics. There is NOTHING you can do to make yourself taller, short of having yourself stretched on a rack (and I don’t recommend it).
It would be helpful to know your age. Anyhow assuming you’re a teenager-remember you’re not done growing yet. Your doctor can take an x-ray of your hand to determine your ‘bone age’. This will tell you if you will continue to grow past 18.
Don’t … Be happy with yourself because lets face it there is nothing to make you grow drastically taller hunni…
Im a shortie too and I was actually the shortest person in 6 grade i was like 140 cm when my friends who were my age was like 6 feet literally…Just be happy with yourself everyone has traits they do and do not like about themselves mine in my ribs they stick out and now I cant wear tight tops but I love the good and bad traits about me…you know you wouldnt be the same without them…
Hope I helped sweets.
