How do you get a toned body, and can still grow taller even when your 20?
Question, I am doing the 300workout routine (or try my best to do it) everyday, will this give me a toned body (don’t want really scary muscular body), and also i am 20 does this mean i have stop growing in height, and is there anything that can help me grow taller?

You can NEVER get any taller. You’re stuck with your genes. The 300 workout is fine for toning, but you’ll probably want to incorporate some weight lifting into your routine. You aren’t going to get muscular unless you do some real weight training, just lifting weights a few days a week isn’t going to get you crazy big. 2-4 days a week of lifting and 3 days of cardio will get you where you want to be. i dont think you can get taller once your 20 for guys i think you stop getting taller at the age of 18 i think
