How do you grow taller?
i’m 16 year old and is very active in sports . i’m a guy if you havent notices. I want to increase my height . i am currently 5’5 .. if i could just get another 2 inches taller or 3 . ahhh how do i do it ? yes i’ve herd about sleep and milk but noo . My friends got 5 inches taller over the summer because of some chinese medicine . Is it true? supplements maybe? please help . i’ve had this height since a year ago and it stopped .

it all depends on ur genes and nothing else……..You can increase ur height by swimming regularly ………….Swimming is the most thing that will make you grow taller as you stretch ur body…….
Im 16 and 5’6 and a half.
I know it sucks like hell.
But last year I was 5’4!
I went to swimming and basketball and got 2 inches in 4 months.
So seriously, go for swimming practice and basketball.
And ya you still have 5 years to grow taller lol.
Dont be in hurry UR still 16 only.Height increases upto 21.
Most probably you will be 5.10 and above. depending on ur parents height.(genetic)
