How do you grow taller?
Without high heels. I would like it to be naturally.

When you’re done growing, you’re done growing. If you’re young, you just have to wait. I’ve grown all of an inch since I was 10, so depending on how old you are, you may or may not grow a little more before you stop altogether.
One thing you SHOULD do, though, is always make sure you get adequate nutrition and exercise. It’ll help out with your bones & joints & all that. If you sit around all day (like me), you may compact your spine & appear up to an inch, maybe, shorter than you really have to be.

are ur parents short? both of mine are tall so i have been 5’10 since i was like 13 i didnt do anything to get tall and to tell you the truth i dont love it either cuz it takes forever to find clothes to fit
