I’m 15 and around 5′ 3” or so, and i really want to grow at least an inch taller ]: i know sleep,foods,exercise are all important factors but what kinds of food would u recommend? what kinds of exercises?

i know it’s like hereditary but hey some people manage to pass by with an inch or so right?
