Many young women stop growing after they start their period.
No, my father in law and my uncle were small at your age, by 21 both were well over 6’1” depends on the person how God made Him to grow.
be in a dark room and very dark and drink milk
at least try
if it doesn’t work sorry
start playing basketball everyday
Relax.It’ll b ok.I’ve been 5’1 since I was like 14.*
you haven’t stopped growing darlin, that won’t stop for another 8 years, and be sides, guys LOVE petite girls.
Sad to say, when puberty hits women, they stop growing. The reason for this is that estrogen, the female hormone, is the antagonist to growth hormone. Once you hit puberty (as a woman), you stop growing within a year.
If you have not hit puberty yet, you should check with a doctor about your growth hormone levels but if you have hit puberty, there is little hope. By now, in 2 years, if you have not grown, your bones are solidifying and you are going to be the height you are. A doctor can confirm this with a simple x-ray.
If that is the case that your growth is finished, take dance, do weight lifting or other athletic lessons (yoga) to improve posture and eat sufficient calcium. Standing tall and being fit will disguise your height and make you seem taller. A muscular build and fitness will make you seem at least a half a foot taller. I don’t recommend high heels as they are hard on the feet and posture for normal daily wear, but you can wear them for dress.
You could try standing in compost for a few weeks.
You might grow more in the future. Some people’s growth "pauses" and then they will have a growth spurt, or you could be done growing. There isn’t much you can do to make yourself be taller than your genes say you should be however make sure you eat healthy since poor nutrition can stunt growth.
