How do you increase your height?
I am 13 years old and most of my family members are tall. They all think I am very short comparing to my younger cousin who is a bit taller than me. I am very frustrated. Can somebody please help me and tell me how to increase your height.

I used to be one of the shortest kids in my family when I was 13. I’m only 19 now and I’m the one of the tallest. You still got a lot of growing to do, so don’t stress about your height till your in your early 20′s and you still haven’t grown…

take vitamins every day and consume lots of calcium. Don’t worry, your only 13 and you will grow. Most people don’t stop growing until age 17.
