I’ve heard exercise does it… but what kind of exercise?
I just turned 15, and I’m about 5’7.5" to 5’8”… I’m not sure.
I’d like to be just a bit taller, like 5’9” or 5’10”, but no more than that really.
How do you do that? Like, are there certain foods you eat?
I’m not really a healthy eater, yet I’m still relatively tall and thin.
I’m a chick.. not a guy lol
