Have a good sleep
Getting a full night’s sleep each and every night is one of the most important things for growing taller..
Get 8-9 hours of sleep each night and take whatever steps you need to ensure that your sleep is uninterrupted as much as possible.

Healthy diet

yo u have to eat alot, ur kind of tall 13 and ur 5’5. if u play sports like basketball u will grow very fast. i dont play sports but i still grow alot cause its in my genes.

dont worry about it… cause ur normal for ur age… but if you really want to grow taller this is what u do… drink a lot of milk and i mean a lot!!! like 4 glass a day… and then for lunch eat yogurt with your meal…. and get like 9 hours of sleep a night… also eat healthy, and try to avoid sugar because it can dissolve ur calcium… also avoid eating salty food.. in addition add nuts to ur diet because milk have lots of calcium… and stay away from drugs, beer, and caffeine. the best time to grow is the summer.. because thats where you have lots of time to sleep and aren’t stress over school work… and enjoy life and do lots of sports (not weight lifting), cause i try all that and grew like an inch per month for 2 month!!! and hoping to grow like 3.5 more inches…lol!!!
