How does a fourteen year old girl grow taller?
I’m currently like 5 foot 7 inches. and i want to grow three to four inches taller! i’m 14 years old, and i weigh like 115 lbs! What do i eat? I heard that sleeping alot makes u grow taller! please please help!
i want to be 5’10" because i really want to be a model but i doubt that will ever happen but maybe if it does i still want to have the height.

Wow…I’m 5 foot 7 and I don’t like it. All my friends are 5 ft 2 to 5 ft 4. I feel way too tall, I don’t even like heels because it puts me level with a lot of guys.
Then again, each is her own, I’m just guessing here, and it may be way off so sorry if it is but is this for modelling? If so, I think only runway models have to be that tall.
While genetics play 99.9% science has proved we’ve been getting taller. Apparently it’s to do with better nutrition and so on. Make sure your well nourished, maybe gain some weight, not overweight but be on the larger side of healthy BMi.
You can always lose the weight when your tall enough but you can’t gain the height when your older. My sister was stick thin through childhood, not eating to stay skinny, while I was always on the chubbier side, not over weight but just that little bit wider. What happened? Well my sister is still straight as a stick, and barely pushing 5 ft, while I dropped the weight, am 5 ft 7 and have decent curves for it. I know relantions can have different bodys and so on but it shows something doesn’t it.
Sleep will help, and apprently caffeiene stunts your growth, however for 6 months I drank nothing but tea and occasionly soda and grew three inches. I know, not healthy, I see that now, and am drinking water and juice, but I don’t think it effected it that much.
See how tall the women in your family are as well, and your dad as well. This can give you good indication. Me and my other sister and my mom are 5 ft 7 ish.

I’m 15 years old and 5’9; beleive me you don’t want to get too tall!
I suggest playing some sports…especially volleyball or basketball where there is a lot of jumping involved. I’ve been playing these sports for almost 8 years now and i’m still growing!
You can also buy a skipping rope and jump rope for 10 mins per day.
You do not want to get taller, believe me!!!!!! and 5’7" is tall for 14 female you want to be 5’10 5’11 most fully grown women aren’t that tall

Drink alot of milk and eat fish and meat!
Sleep at least 8 hours a day!

I’m male and 6 ft tall and my best friend is 5’11 and a girl.
She finds it absolutely impossible to find a boyfriend – one because she’s picky haha but also cos most guys are the same height / just under her height.
You are quite tall for your age and this is a nice height for you =) anything taller and guys are a bit intimidated by you…at least they are in my college. Cos most of them aren’t taller than her and they don’t wanna date a girl taller than them / same height.
so love yourself cos ur fabulous and this is a nice height for you to be xx
but errm i dunno if ur desperate to be taller, maybe drink lots of milk to help your bones grow and sleep alot?
* ADVICE FOR HEIGHT__
Good intake of calcium daily as found in various foodstuffs like tonned milk, banana, ragi, nachni, yogurt, my favourite nachos with cheese..
a best way i cud advice is to have milk shakes(chocolate, coffee flavoure) 2-3 times a day as an replacement for tea, coffee is a good alternative…
Good sleep aftr exercises helps ur bones to relax and expand.. Atlest 8hrs good sleep at night…
Remember food without exercises or exercises without food wont help you much.
Also there are genetics n familial relationships related to height.. i.e if either ur parents are short heighted or either ur brother , sister.. than there are little chances for increase in height…BUT keep a positive attitude follow the daily regimen of food n exercises.If you goin to gym regularly, i wud advice not to perform any weight lifting exercises… stritctly NO..
