i got my period at 12 1/2, at a height of 5’4-5’5, i’ve been growing really slowly the past few years, but I know I’ve been growing lately and steadily. And I was inquiring to these questions:
How tall will I be when I finish growing?
When will I probably finish growing?
Is there anything I can do to grow taller than what is supposed? (i don’t eat much junk food, drink milk and take vitamins on occassion)
Any products out there?
Any way I can grow naturally?
Do you think it is possible that I could do runway modeling with this height or future height?
Or where I could do runway at my height?
What is my height averagely to peoples of the USA? (Average, Short, Tall, Very Tall?)
If lost weight could I be taller?
Height calcs predict: 5’8-5’9

Your height right now is pretty tall according to the north American standard. The average height for women is about 5’4". I think there would be no problem for you to do modeling. Since you are still within the growing age, you can add a few inches by eating a balanced diet and leading an active life. A nutritious diet that includes fruits and vegetables, dairy, cereals, meat, and plenty of water will aid the natural process for enhancing height. A good and proper night’s sleep is also essential for the growth process. Taking part in active sports along with some stretching exercises can have a cumulative effect on human growth. There is not much we can do to grow taller after puberty. There are many products in the market today that claim to increase height of adults, but they are all scams without sufficient scientific evidence. Surgical options, though available, are EXTREMELY RISKY and of course expensive. This leaves us with basically two options.
1.Stretching Exercises: – These exercises will help you improve your posture. You’ll be surprised that how much of “Height” is hidden behind your slouched back. You can, at any age, add an inch or two of height by simply improving your posture. Follow the link below for information on specific height enhancing exercises:

2.Second, you can create a “Taller” effect by following some smart fashion techniques. You can easily add another inch or two of “illusionary height” by improving your dress coordination. The link below can provide some input on height increase through fashion effect:

Good luck
Its hard to say, but I do know sports could help, somewhat. If you do it regularly even warmups it can benefit you a lot. This doesn’t mean you should stretch to get taller, it’s not about this. For your age I would suggest swimming.
There is NO products.
If you lost weight you might get shorter as you would lose the necessary vitamines.

By the way, average people of the U.S won’t give a clue as the U.S is multicultural, different races, people from different countries which sometimes have nothing in common physically that is. You can check you families background to see which race they belonged and their physical aspects. That might give you a better approximation.
