Just make sure you eat a lot of protein, carbohydrate and dairy products.
One glass of milk per day.
ALWAYS 5 portions of fruit OR veg.
Meat, not red meat but chicken and things like that.

How old are you? if you are under 16 and still growing, then i’d simply suggest to eat a lot. If you are gaining weight, then do cardio exercise.
if you are older though, then i cant guarantee that this will work, but do stretching exercises. Like certian yoga exercises.
I can’t guarantee that the above will help you at all, but google "getting taller" or something along those lines, and try to find some free tips.
Just remember: Being short might just be in your genes. Sometimes you can’t get taller.
Exercise: Focus on working out around the core area. Do sit ups and press ups on a regular basis. This will help improve your muscle stability and tone.
Try hard to improve your posture, doing so will give you the affect of looking taller and it will straighten your spinal column.
Rest: Get Lots of sleep, this helps rest your body from the activities of the day. This allows your body to develop and grow more naturally.
Eat: You should take in the right fuel (food) which means eat healthy. It helps power your machine (body).
