How to grow a wee- bit taller?
I’m 5’3, and I want to grow to be 5’7-5’8ish. I’m in my early teens, and my dad’s side they’re tall (5’6-6’0), and my mom’s side is short-median size (5’0-5’5.) What should I do to be able to grow a bit more? what should I do as an exercise, and eat? Thanks!

Your in your early teens, you will almost certainly reach that height. All in good time however, it will take you years to finish growing so you’ll just have to be patient. Get full nights of sleep, avoid caffiene and eat healthy. Avoid lots of soda. Everything is fine in moderation.
Eat. Just eat. Don’t be afraid of being fat, because if you eat the right things, it’ll go up in your height. Try to eat lots of fish, chicken, fruit, salad, etc. Drink a lot of milk, maybe three cups a day, once before school, right after and dinner.
You can exercise by doing basic stretches. Sit down with your legs apart, and stretch your arms and reach your toes. I read that jumproping is extremely effective. Maybe you could do like fifty a day?
Also, sleep. If you’re up half the night doing homework or on Facebook, your human growth hormones won’t be able to grow. Try to get at LEAST seven hours of sleep per night.
Anyway, just eat healthily, drink a lot of milk and water, and stretch everyday. Hope I helped!
