How to Grow taller??
i am 14 and i think 4 "11" or something like that. Im always getting made fun of because of my height and girls just look at me like a cute little brother. What are things that can help me grow faster.
Also my parents arent that short and my brother who is 16 is taler then my mom.

Height is genetic. Not much you can do to change how you were born. I was the shortest boy in my freshman year of high school. By my senior year, I was probably the skinniest but was no longer the shortest. You need to ignore what people say and just believe in yourself. Girls are attracted to confidence as much as they are stature. Just eat well and don’t let your size keep you from doing anything your heart desires.
I am 5’11" now. I was just like you. I thought I would never grow. Ignore the teasing. The kids that make fun of you are dorks themselves. Otherwise they wouldn’t be talking you down. One of the best basketball players we had in school was the second shortest guy. He didn’t have height but he had a lot of heart.

Simply stand on your two feet and stretch your hands out towards the sky or ceiling (depending on wherever you are) and slowly lift your feet up & down but stay standing on your "tippy-toes" whenever you lift up. So that means, chasing after boys who think they are all that, and they are probably big jerks. But heart is more important. When I was in school. I knew a boy that was 4’10". And today 10 years later he is nearly six feet tall. Be patient. And look for a girl that you enjoy being around, and she enjoys being around you. For instance, I married my boyfriend that I had when I was 14. We like each other, because we were good friends first. Forget the flaky girls who are obsessed with themselves, and think they look good now. After high school, they will find out quickly that they aren’t that great when life hits them, and their looks can’t buy them a thing.
