How to grow taller?
How do i grow taller naturally? Like am i suppose to eat a certain amount of vegetables a day? or what?

Im 13, and im 5’1 right now, in grade 7.
I currently drink 507ML of chocolate milk every day, if that counts as Calcium, but i do not diet , because i am currently about 93 lbs.

well it depends on genes.
if you have short ones : tough luck.
You will grow however tall you were meant to grow regardless of what you eat.
it depends if your family genes are tall….if they are then you should be getting tall…just give it some time…hey look i know this boy he’s only 14….but he’s about 6’10…i’m 15 going to be 16 but still only 5’3…i really want to be taller then my dad at least..but you know….
if you are waiting for puberty then wait. but if you are just short then you can put yourself in a taffy stretcher. like in willy wonka.
Proper diet and exercise certainly helps…..but the genes play a big role as well. For example, if your family all are 5’6 or 5’7….you will most likely be around that height…or if your parents are 5’8 and 5’2” then you will end up in between more or less…
But, I really believe that with proper diet (balance of vegetables, fruits, proteins, calcium), good fitness, less pollution exposure, normal sleep patterns, good climate, happiness, and exercise that requires you to stretch yourself (like basketball, football, etc) it might help grow your bones….this especially applies to the critical "puberty" growth period…

u have to have it in yer genes thats why some people just grow taller and some people dont…
I don’t think thats possible.
Drink MILK! Or eat cheese, or eat ice cream or yogurt or frozen yogurt. Any milk product. Calcium helps your bones grow, which makes you grow!
Or drink Ensure, Boost, Fuze! (search on google)
