lol 5 inches take alot of time.Anyway if you are less than 18 years then you can grow.Do aneraerobic exercise like swimming.Or hang yourself at a bar(with your arm not your neck) for at least 15 seconds.These exercise will cause to strech your spine and cause growth.Hope this help.And remember people come in different size.
Take some protein drinks..go to GNC or something like that and get muscle milk and different protein drinks…dRINK lots of milk

Hit your growth spurt.
Your height is dependent on your family history. If you don’t eat right you will not reach your full potential. There isn’t much you can do to grow more than your genetics say you will unless you are going to have your bones broken and stretched which isn’t natural.
Get good sleeps and eat healthy during puberty growth spurt. Other than that. Excercising is the best thing for growth. Doesn’t matter which as long as you move every inch of your body and sweat in the end it’s all good. And a cup of milk every morning will do you good as well.
Drink moo milk.
you have to let your body grow naturally. you need to drink lots of milk for calcium and good bone growth. and eat foods with vitamins in them. preferrably vitamin d. and excersice to promote blood flow and not to gain extra body weight to hold you down. stretchhhhh.and dont be too upset if you dont grow. thats just the way you were meant to be.

* ADVICE FOR HEIGHT__
Good intake of calcium daily as found in various foodstuffs like tonned milk, banana, ragi, nachni, yogurt, my favourite nachos with cheese..
a best way i cud advice is to have milk shakes(chocolate, coffee flavoure) 2-3 times a day as an replacement for tea, coffee is a good alternative…
Good sleep aftr exercises helps ur bones to relax and expand.. Atlest 8hrs good sleep at night…
Remember food without exercises or exercises without food wont help you much.
Also there are genetics n familial relationships related to height.. i.e if either ur parents are short heighted or either ur brother , sister.. than there are little chances for increase in height…BUT keep a positive attitude follow the daily regimen of food n exercises.If you goin to gym regularly, i wud advice not to perform any weight lifting exercises… stritctly NO..
