hi.i’m a 14 year old girl and i’m 5’3 and i want to grow taller to be a catwalk model but i’m too short…my mom is 5’5 and my dad is 5’7…you think i could grow by playing basketball?i’ve been drinking 4 glass of milk daily you think that could help or it’s just what people say?please help and if you know any tips to grow tell me

sleep well

Nothing is going to make you grow any taller, your genetics are pre-determined so you can drink all the milk in the world and lie on a stretching rack at night but it won’t make any difference. Choose another career.
EDIT what’s with all the talk about milk?, it just strengthens your bones and teeth in infancy it does not make you taller.
Sorry to break it to you, but you’ll not be growing taller.
Maybe if you had drunk more milk at a younger age you would have had a better chance, but it’s too late now. Your bones have basically finished maturing. I predict that at most you’ll be 5’4".
* ADVICE FOR HEIGHT__
Good intake of calcium daily as found in various foodstuffs like tonned milk, banana, ragi, nachni, yogurt, my favourite nachos with cheese..
