How to grow taller at age 20?
I’m only 5’1" and at this age, I’m considered short plus if i’m to talk about genetic, both my parents esp. my father’s family has the history of tallness and big body build. Being the smallest and shortest in family depressed me…can any specialist give me some advice on what and how can i do to grow myself taller through special diet and fitness? I’m even I" shorter than my mum!

if that is your height at your age, you don’t look forward to anymore growth. there is no miracle to change that.
you need to stop with the wishes and get used to the world as it is. take what you have and find a way to get through life with it. i’m hoping that you did well in school and can develop a life with what education you’ve completed.
i might have been just a wee bit blunt about this but i’m not very good with consolation. all i know is that a person can’t spend too much time with the problem or you don’t have time for the solution/s.
there is one thing i can share with you. try reading "desiderata". it’s on the internet. i think it is a totally awesome collection of thoughts. who knows, you might even like it.

5’1" is a normal height for a woman, but if your height is a serious problem for you, you may want to ask a doctor if it is possible for you to receive HGH therapy, since it’s not likely that you’ll grow any taller naturally.

There is not much we can do to grow taller after puberty. There are many products in the market today that claim to increase height of adults, but they are all scams without sufficient scientific evidence.
