I’m 18 years old, 5 foot 8 and a half, and i’m very athletic and sporty. I am VERY active and give 200% each day.

I am extremely thin, and although I eat for 3 or 4 people, I still do not gain any weight? – I dont mean to offend anyone when I say this, and please do not send posts saying "it’s lucky for some!". I look extremely thin and vaguely malnurished, but I eat for 3 people in any one meal! What changes can I make to my diet and what extra’s can I do to be able to gain weight and gain height. I would like to grow to about 5 foot 10 or 5 foot 11? Any extra would be great!
