i face same problem but i am 19.
since u r just 14 you have time in your hands.
Cycling, swimming and skipping are few things which increase your height.
Besides these i found yoga very useful.
All these have helped me increase my height.

honestly im in the exact same situation everything is perfect except for height but the best thing you can do is sleep alot!! im telling you dude honestly theres nothing ive done it all its all genetics but try stretching alot in the morning and in the night b4 bed it kinda helps??? at least for me.. but honestly height dont matter it matters how good you are

first i am the tallest in my family it all depends on how active you are hormones and DNA. there is no quick fix to grow with out side effects take what you can get and accept it.

When I tried to grow taller, My mum and auntie would advise me these stuff:-
1) Drink alot of Milk
* Ummm…. When I said 20 minutes, It doesn’t have to be in one go…
2) Have Vegetable oil, rather than other oils i’d use in my cooking.
3) Try sleeping straight more often.
4) Do a lot of excercise
5) Atleast 20 minutes a day, stand up straight on your toes and reach for the sky…Celing!?
