How to grow taller fast?
Hey,
I am 17 years old and will be 18 in March. And currently I am 5’10.5 feet tall. And I really want to be 6’0 feet tall. I heard from most doctors that after the age of 18 or in the mid 17, you stop growing. A day ago, I saw this video and the guy said that exercising, hanging, eating food, and drinking water would help. Will it help me in this age? And also tell me what to eat and what would I need and also tell me all the foods which contain all the nutrients. Just to give more information, my dad’s height is 5’11.5 feet and my mom’s is 5.5 feet. Please help me what to do. I really need to be 6’0 feet tall and I think I don’t have much time left.

umm I don’t think that food would help alot unless it contains calcium. Start by jumping as high as you can for about 50 times aday. Or as Anii said play basketball. Best of luck.

If you want to be taller just set that goal. Don’t think bad thoughts that you will forever be short just set your head into believing you’ll grow, believe me it works. your Metabolic system is good in 18 years old. You don’t need diet. a lot of glasses milks and playing baseketball.
Sorry, but it sup to your body, no substance will make you taller. That used to be thought to be true, but it isn’t what so ever. Don’t be so foolish! If it is for a girl, she will adore you for who you are, if shese that shallow, who cares about her? You want to have that kidn of person around you?!
I highly doubt that exercising and eating food or drinking water would make you taller. It will help you lose weight, but those are just myths. There is nothing you can do to make your body taller. Your body does it on it’s own. When I was 16 I was about the same height you are I was 5’11". My doctor said I would most likely stop growing, but I’m 19 now and am 6’1", and he thinks i will end up being 6’3". Said that, your body does weird things, but growing is something you can’t control. You might end up being 6’0, but it’s something you can’t do yourself, it’s all natural
