In my opinion it depeneds on your genes , I mean the time that you’ll grow up.
In order to release more growth horomones you have to practice your legs because through them growth hormones released to the blood stream.
Leg press will do the job wonderfully.

You can’t. Look taller by changing the way you dress, or standing up straight… adds a good few inches.
You probably won’t stop growing until you’re about 18… so don’t worry about it.

First off, I don’t think you’re 152 in. That would be over 12 feet tall. And to answer your question, if you’ve stopped growing, you’ve stopped growing. You can’t do anything about it. I’m only 5’3". You could hit a growth spurt when you’re 16 or 17 or something.
i dont know in ‘ how tall you are but my mum always says if you want to grow tall you should eat plenty of fruit and vegetables. Don’t worry if your class mates are taller than you, you will have a growth spurt soon i should hope, and you keep growing to your about 18, so dont worry.

sleep ALOT, i mean at least 9 hours a nite. Also drink milk for your bones, get sunlight (using sunfactor of at least 15 thou). You body releases growth hormones in sleep and rest. Also make sure you exercise, swimming would be good but also yoga , pilates,martial arts and the alexander technique which involves alot of stretching which you need at your age as if you have a good posture youll appear taller. Your bones set at 21 so you want good habits now. Take a multi vitimin,eat good protein ie/lean meat , chicken. Cycling will tone up your mucles. At the end of the day it goes on your genes so dont worry if you are small, im really small but i seem taller cos i act taller. Think tall lol. Good luck
