How To Grow Taller, NATURALLY?
Hi, I wanted to see if there are any ways to grow taller naturally?
I don’t want anything I have to order, I want stretches and foods that can help me grow. Foods that don’t have to be prepared, though. And any exercises that I don’t need any equipment to use (unless it’s like a bar or something).
I’m very self conscious, because my doctor said I’ll be the shortest 5’4 and tallest 5’7! In my case, I think that’s VERY short. My other friends are supposed to be 5’9 and the guys are supposed to be 5’11-6’7, they will tower. And also, I think right now, my height is very short.
I’m 5’2.5, and I really want to grow. HELP?
I’m 11 going on 12, soon by the way. (:
