Eat healthy foods so your body can get all the proper nutrients it needs to grow, but I’ve never heard of a specific food that will "make you tall". Doesn’t exist. You may have to learn to accept that you’re short.

Well I am not an expert on this. But I’d like to tell you that one’s height is determined by a lot of factors – and topping the list is your family history. See, if you belong to a clan of short people, then no amount of yoga, vitamins/supplements will be able to make you taller. Second in the list is your age now. medical journals say that once a person reaches 21, the bones stop growing.
