there is only one way i know of and it will cost thousands and be very painful, they usually do this on younger people, they cut your leg bones then put a frame on each leg which you have to tighten the screw every day to pull your skin to lenthen it, while hopefully your bones are knitting inside the leg,

That is a DUMB question coz you know for a fact that growth stops at 21, then why would you still ask for a natural way to get taller at that age. Why don’t you just ask for the physiology of bone growth if that’s what you wanna hear?
