I’m 14 and I’m 5ft1 when I get older I want to be 6ft5
How do I get tall fast should i eat something how much should I eat, what should i eat, is there any special excercise I need to do, how much water should I drink please help

Good intake of calcium daily as found in various foodstuffs like tonned milk, banana, ragi, nachni, yogurt, my favourite nachos with cheese..
